1. Introduction

IndedLabs Chat is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides artificial intelligence chatbots for e-commerce. These terms of service govern your use of our platform, including the administration panel, chat widget, WhatsApp Business API integrations and all associated features.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using IndedLabs Chat, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Service description

IndedLabs Chat offers an AI-powered chatbot platform for e-commerce that includes:

  • Creation and configuration of custom AI chatbots for your business.
  • Embeddable chat widget for websites and online stores.
  • WhatsApp Business API integration for automated customer support.
  • Connection with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify and others).

4. User accounts

By creating an account on IndedLabs Chat, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • Maintain the security of your account and password, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of the chatbots you configure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use IndedLabs Chat to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages or mass advertising content through chatbots or WhatsApp.
  • Distribute illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening content or content that infringes on the rights of third parties.
  • Abuse APIs or attempt to overload, hack or interfere with the operation of the service.
  • Use the service to collect personal data without the appropriate consent of users.
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service without express written authorisation.

6. Intellectual property

IndedLabs Chat, including its source code, design, logos, trademarks and documentation, is the property of IndedLabs Media. Content you generate through the platform (chatbot configurations, workflows, custom texts) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process such content exclusively to provide the service.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep IndedLabs Chat available continuously, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. We commit to providing advance notice of any planned interruptions whenever possible.

8. Limitation of liability

IndedLabs Chat is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use or any other intangible damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including responses generated by artificial intelligence.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached these terms of service, including but not limited to: abusive use of the service, non-payment, fraudulent activity or violation of acceptable use policies. You may cancel your account at any time from your administration panel.

10. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
